Today I came home to find the toilet blown up off of the floor again, only this time my toilet was sticking out off of the floor about 4-5 inches and the smell was horrible. I called these guys and told them that they needed to come back and repair this job immediately (being very patient the whole time with them), and was told they would be there at around 12pm the next day. My fears were temporarily alleviated as I thought they would do the right thing. The owner called me back only to exclaim in a very defensive tone that he recalled the incident, and that it was MY! And that they were not responsible for this. I explained to them that I was documenting this and had images to prove this, and the guy told me "no you don't! Show me.", I restated that indeed documented this, only to be told "F@&$ you." And was abruptly hung up on. I have never seen such inappropriateness and incompetence in all of my life, and never been treated so poorly by any service. I'm extremely distraught, and will be taking them to small claims court as they literally caused thousands of dollars in damage to my family's trailer. PSA: DO NOT USE THESE jerks. They are unprofessional, are rude, and I thought by using a highly rated plumber I was in good hands. The job took them three hours, but it should have taken no more than an hour and a half. They repeatedly disconnected and reconnected things multiple times while testing, which only added unnecessary time and frustration. The quality of the work was poor, and the price was extremely high for what was done. I do not recommend them at all. I also want to add that I told the technician I wasn't satisfied with the work. Initially, he connected the flex line to the food truck, but when he did the gas test, he found a leak. He had to disconnect everything again to replace the gas regulator, which he should have tested beforehand. This added at least another 40 minutes. On top of that, I had to wait over 15 minutes while he filled out paperwork. In total, this was an overpriced, poorly executed job. After I told him all of this, his only response was something like, "I learn from what you're telling me," because he couldn't argue--he knew I was right.
