Erik was able to diagnose that this was not the case, that rather our pool had just been drained and just needed the initial chemicals to begin (saving us tons of money and aggravation). He does our weekly maintenance and is good at helping us with any issues or questions we might have. Our pool is always nice and clean all year round.
