Ande was very responsive from the beginning and came over promptly to give a quote to have our pool remodeled. He was very knowledgeable and upfront about everything. He answered all of my questions in person and via text quickly. When I reached out to confirm that we wanted to move forward with the remodel everything progressed very quickly and we had a freshly plastered and tiled, beautiful pool within a month. We added a playpad to our shallow end and a bench under our waterfall. The tile detailing on the steps and benches is a nice touch. Our experience with Ande was wonderful from beginning to end. We knew exactly what we wanted and Ande understood the assignment. He is very patient (I ask ALOT of questions) and informative- so you know exactly what's going on along the process. Our pool and spa look beautiful! Highly recommend him and his crew! This guy is seriously the best. Not only at managing our salt water pool but in customer service as well. When we bought our new place, we had no idea that we could run the pool/spa off a phone app and computer website, much less HOW to do it, but he took about 30 min out of his schedule to get us set up and working! His crew were well mannered and clean, this was a big deal to me as we were at home during most of the construction. The crew were very conscientious about our family's schedule and needs with our pets.
