Agreed to replace pump but after replacement he did not run a complete cycle to verify the issue was resolved. After he left I ran a complete cycle with the same noise as before the pump replacement. I also had them come to another property of mine to fix the stove, which they said they ordered a part and they never came back to fix it. The service guy actually asked my Tenants to pay for the repair while he was there and told her they wouldn't fix it otherwise. She gave in + paid the tech $50.That was embarrassing. Maksim initially scheduled with me for Monday but ended up calling later in the afternoon to say he could squeeze me in today. So wonderful to not be without my fridge all weekend! He diagnosed the problem immediately, remedied it quickly, and charged us fairly. He could have sold us a new compressor and we wouldn't have known the difference, but instead he simply cleaned it for a fraction of the cost.
