He opened the dishwasher looked at the garbage disposal then started working immediately for about maybe 10 minutes at most and I thought the whole time this is odd because is it that simple that he's just gonna fix it? Well it was clearly. He then charged me $230 and said he couldn't clean the mold..... had I known that I would've made an appointment with someone who could. Make sure you don't let him start working on anything before you know the price so you're not blindsided and feeling scammed. Overall it was a quick process easy fix so I guess a win is a win?

I also had them come to another property of mine to fix the stove, which they said they ordered a part and they never came back to fix it. The service guy actually asked my Tenants to pay for the repair while he was there and told her they wouldn't fix it otherwise. She gave in + paid the tech $50.That was embarrassing.
