Thankfully, the two technicians were able to fix our washer by replacing a part for a relatively low cost. However, weeks later the entire transmission broken. We hired someone from another company to take a look and they basically said the part that was replaced was utterly useless and we had to replace the entire washer. We trusted the new technician because he didn't even charge us a fee to take a look at the issue and we didn't buy the washer from his company.
