They did what they promised and delivered on time. The job first required an extensive drainage system to control nature's underground water sources that were determined to wash away the whole project. An amazing technical plan was designed and executed to mitigate all drainage issues. Then, the custom seat walls and paver patio were constructed with precise detail to the overall plan and my vision. The final product looks truly amazing and is the talk of the golf course I live on. Their teams were courteous, respectful of my property and I actually looked forward to them showing up every morning. I will be using NxGen Outdoors again as we continue to make the home our own.

We had a family function and needed the broken window repair to make sure it was safe for the children. Kevin made a special trip to repair the window before our event. We needed some work done promptly, and he was able to get us in his schedule quickly-- he was also more than fair about pricing, and if I could have paid him more for the work he did, I would have because it exceeded expectations. We needed a concrete driveway's cracks filled in, and a lamp post removed and electricity capped in the front yard. He put his heart into taking care of these issues for us, and kept communication open throughout the project. I highly recommend reaching out to him for your handyman needs, because I know he's who I'll be reaching out to when the inevitable something else pops up!

Unfortunately the equipment used for cleaning the carpet leaked and soaked the stairs and one of the area rugs. I requested that there needed to be an equipment change. The equipment was faulty and seemed more appropriate for commercial cleaning, not residential carpet cleaning. I had informed Ron that this was a residential job prior to making the appointment. My carpets were still wet the next morning even though the house heat was on. The equipment also kept causing outlets to short out. This was a pretty stressful experience. Ron did return to get the outlets to work again. I would have given 2 stars but the cleaning technicians were very polite and wanted to do a good job. I paid the agreed upon price but feel like I should have been offered a discount.
