It did not go according to plan as the receptionist (black girl) assured me that my wife wouldn't find out about the massage after her asking me for my wife's contact information. I stated "why do you need her information?, I want it to be a surprise"... Within 30 min of me booking, my wife was notified smh. I then called to see what happened ...she was apologetic it seemed but honestly felt she didn't know what she was doing or knew the systems they have in place. She stated that they would give us a free enhancement for the massage and charge us only $120 for our first visit...I show up anyway with my wife to the massage she now knows she was receiving, and the vibe was just off when we arrived. Not only did they try to charge us $160 (full price for it), she didn't even let her manager know of the mishap that happened earlier regarding the email sent to my wife and what the charges would be because of it. I also felt she was smiling and being condescending as we were in the waiting room..just not a good vibe at all. Before it was time to pay and go over the charges, she left the establishment and left the manager wondering what I was talking about. I called up and booked a 45 minute Halo Therapy session and enjoyed the comfy seats while clearing out my lungs and all the toxins. It's always good to clear the toxins while traveling especially after a flight. This was the perfect solution and I felt amazing after my session! This location is just outside Downtown Orlando. It's very clean and the staff are very friendly. They offer memberships and package deals. If I lived here you know I would be there all the time! They also have massages, infrared sauna's and more. I asked Dori to focus on my neck and shoulders, and especially my lower occipital area where I carry a lot of tension. Wow, it was amazing. The firm pressure was perfect and she really got in there and worked out those knots. I felt so much better afterwards. The salt air circulates through the massage therapy rooms, which is great for your respiratory and nervous systems. The facility itself is super clean and welcoming. They serve coffee & tea in the lobby area. They also have a salt room specifically for kids where they can play with toys or read books. There was a wide offering of food on the pool menu and I was able to sit and eat my chicken caesar and have a cocktail in the women's sanctuary. I also went downstairs to use the sauna and steam room. The sauna was a perfect temp, clean, and very comfy. I could only stand about 30 seconds in the steam room because of how intense it was. There were heated chairs as well that I could have sat and cooked on for hours. I tried out the experience shower, which had about 9 shower heads. I fear this was the best shower experience of my life. I turned on most of the shower heads and rotated in that thing like a rotisserie chicken. 10/10 would recommend. The area outside of the showers was also great. They had just about anything you need to get ready. Toothbrushes, combs, mouthwash, hair gel, shower caps, hairspray, there was also a hand scrub that smelled incredible. I had everything I needed to do my makeup and hair before leaving for the day.
