Reynolds will not fix the problem or give me a refund. Reynolds charged me $380. for his employee Clayton to flood my walls and steps beneath my shower. Reynold and his employees are malfeasant con artists who do terrible work for high prices who do not guarantee their work. Moreover, the shower valve leaks as it did before the installation and now my shower is only cold, not hot. I lost $380. when I hired Reynolds and my shower is worse than it was before his employee came here. I do not recommend them.

Discovered recently that they used "inside wood" not outside wood for railings on porch. They just used 4x2 and did even try to replicate the original railing. During our home's 'day of beauty' (Yes, all in one day) A&G removed the dirt, film and grime we had stopped noticing on our 110-year old house and left it looking brand, spanking new. Adam and Garrett were relaxed and professional throughout, getting us a fair estimate, scheduling our job to fit our schedule, and showing up on time. (Yes, they showed up EXACTLY on time to start our job! Take that Comcast!) All through the day, they meticulously cleaned our windows; up ladders, down ladders, with squeegees, rags, and great care, including removing and washing our screens. They were unobtrusive even while working inside. I kept finding them in rooms not knowing they were even there. That's how respectfully they worked. While we may (from time to time) have cleaned our own windows during our 17 years here, they have never looked like this. At the end of our home's spa day, I was convinced they had actually removed some of the glass. How else could I not be seeing the windows where the windows ought to be? Bottom line: I will never clean a window again. Why would I? I could never do it as well. I would highly (and I mean HIGHLY) recommend calling A&G Professional Window Cleaning.
