I trusted that they would do the work they charged me for only to realize two days later, they had put the exact same caliper that was already on my car back on my car. When I took my car back in when I got the time to do so, I was told that the caliper got rusty due to the weather two days after they put a brand new one on and it was my fault. A brand new caliper doesn't get rusty and need to be replaced two days after being put on. My other calipers that's been on my car for YEARS isn't rusty nor in bad shape or in need of immediate repair like the "newly refurbished caliper" they put on my car. When I asked if they could replace it since I had a warranty and realized it was the exact same caliper that was already on my car or at minimum in the exact same condition, they refused because they claimed it was my fault, the fault of other unrelated work that needs to be done on my car that they want money for, and the hot weather's fault that it needed to be replaced after only two days of their work. They're predatory, misogynistic, dishonorable, racist, demonic, narcissists! It was going to cost $12k. I've used Leibrand's in the past and knew they'd give me honest answers. They fixed the cracked head for 1/3 the price of the other shop. They were great and communicated everything I needed. They gave me 3 options to fix it along with reasonable quotes. Since I'm retired and on a fixed income, I chose the cheapest route. They fixed it but I had a related issue that showed up after driving it about 10 miles. I took the car back and left it after-hours along with a phone message explaining the problem. They called the following morning and told me what they found, fixed it and to come get it, no charge. While I may have experienced some inconvenience, I considered it minor and was treated courteously with the utmost respect. I have to say, their technicians are professional and the one who worked on my car explained what he discovered and showed me the part that failed and what I needed to do next, maintenance-wise. The work bays are the cleanest of any shop I've ever seen. I highly recommend Leibrand's, you won't regret it.

I was quoted one price by the head repairman (who runs the shop when the owner is out) prior to working on my car. After the work was done, I was quoted a new price by the owner which was almost $300 more. Not only was I overcharged for labor I did not approve to be done on my car prior, they also broke a valve on my engine. Instead of notifying me about it and fixing what they broke, they decided to GLUE the hose over the broken valve hole with a silicone adhesive. This of course wore off over time and caused my car to break down only 4 months later! They are the only shop to EVER do work on my engine/spark plugs prior to my car breaking down again 4 months later for the very reason they overcharged me to fix! To overcharge me, speak to me condescendingly, and to break something without properly fixing it is such a horrible way to run a business.
