She said she would check on parts availability. Later in the day the service advisor called and said they needed a special tool to do the job, and because they didn't have one they couldn't do it. However they could do it when the bill was going to be $500+. After talking to the general manager they said there not comfortable doing it. To different stories. I think they just wanted the 500 and would not do it the cheaper way. Not sure I can trust them now. I've had a lot of work done there and this is the first time I've had a problem. There good people, but trust and fairness is the most important things.
