One eyebrow has a higher arch than the other. It's not too noticeable but it's a drastic improvement from my original brows. I showed him a photo of what I wanted and he made it even better by adding some flaky iridescent flakes. I'm obsessed. He took his time to make sure I didn't get any heat spikes while applying the gel x, which is something that commonly happens. He was patient and diligent in his artwork, I never felt rushed or like I was asking for too much. Along with Lee being great, their front desk staff is a GEM. She is always so helpful, kind, and lowkey hilarious. She gave me tips on what I should get and all around makes the vibe of the place better. When I brought it up, instead of acknowledging it, she said it wasn't a cut and told me I'm "just sensitive." I've been to many eyebrow threading places over the years and have never been cut like this, nor spoken to in such a dismissive way. I understand accidents can happen, but what really bothered me was the rudeness and lack of accountability. Being hurt and then blamed for it is unacceptable. I will not be coming back.
