After noticing some uneven wear on the tires I started checking the front end and realized my alignment was garbage and that's why my truck drove like crap. Brought it to total roadside, cost $300 for the alignment which is fair for these heavy trucks, they actually took the time to test drive it and make sure that they fixed the issues. People in the office were friendly and accommodating and the person working on my truck knew what they were doing which is hard to come by these days unfortunately. They arrived in 20 & assessed the issue as a dead, unrechargable battery. I didn't dare turn the car off & asked him to wait around for a couple mins. so I could go find my receipt for the battery, which he gladly did. I successfully drove to the auto parts store to get it replaced. They tested & confirmed the Mr. Quickpick tech's analysis as accurate. So instead of taking 90 min. just to arrive for a battery jump, I had a new battery in place and was on my way!! Problem solved! Definitely recommend this company.
