The guys showed up early for the job with a massive crew. They were here for about 5 hours and dealt really well with me freaking out about my large mulberry tree as it was only half-done. Everything looks great, and they cleaned up my yard and my neighbors' yards where debris had fallen. They removed two bushes and grinded a stump down, and they also did a quick trim on a tree that I hadn't put into the original bid. Would/ will hire them again when need arises. Let me begin by saying I did not use this service but my neighbor did. I came home to find my backyard, patio and outdoor grill covered in sawdust. Several of my landscape lights were dislodged. A decorative piece of pottery was broken and several of our landscaping plants were damaged. I also found one of the slats to my side gate was dislodged. I learned that while trimming my neighbors palm the trimmer was allowing all of his cuttings to drop on our side of the fence. My son, who was home at the time was alerted when a crew member apparently jumped over our locked gate to gain access to our yard. Hence the broken fence. I ended up spending a half hour cleaning up their mess and repairing my gate. My adult son also told us the crew was very rude when he pointed out the issues they were causing and did the bare minimum to address anything as evident by the time I had to spend cleaning up their mess and damage. I had three other companies come out and give estimates, they all came in at around the same price (except for one, that would try to charge me $2000 more than the others. He came out the same day and gave me a really fair quote (and I've had some super crazy high quotes from others). He emailed a written quote/agreement to me a day later. It still amazes me how they have a picture of how to best shape a tree, then get up into that tree and achieve the results while they are in the middle of it, trimming the limbs. They handle wall vines as well, which is not an easy task for the average homeowner with a Home Depot hedge trimmer.
