The steak was a 42-45 oz porterhouse that was the best steak I have even had. And I've been to some world famous steak restaurants. This blew Peter Lugers out of the water. We shared the shrimp and grits and a Caesar salad which was more than enough for the two of us. The homemade Caesar dressing was as good as any I have tasted. The shrimp were large and cooked perfectly --as were the grits. But the star was the dark brown roux surrounding the presentation with just the right amount of spicey pepperiness that complemented and did not overwhelm the shrimp/grits.
