It's an absolutely stunning environment with natural elements and great beer. The service was really good and they had good beer options for every beer drinker. We ordered light and dark beer and were super pleased with everything we had! We decided to order some traditional Czech food. We ordered "the best sausages in Prague," to which we agreed, marinated Camabert cheese, and pickled Czech sausage. All the food came with bread, which to die for. The traditional sausages and the camabert cheese were outstanding- we couldn't get enough! The pickled Czech sausage was not the best fit for us. We may not be the best to speak on it, but it just wasn't our favorite. Overall, make sure to stop by and grab a beer and a quick bite to eat at this super cute brewery! You'll forget you're in one of the most touristy spots in lesser town.

I asked my waitress to pick the beers which would pair with the Pork Tenderloin. Of her picks, the least favorite was a dark lager with a strong coffee taste. Not surprisingly, the favorite was an Extra Brut IPA made with orange juice. Second favorite was a Hefeweizen with a banana aroma. The Pork Tenderloin dish was unusually fulfilling. Although the pork is only about 7oz pre-cooked, the baby potatoes and the cream sauce made up for it. By the time I finished my meal, my waitress became my waiter.

As we are in the Schengen area we do not need to clear passport control until boarding for EWR in WAW. Erste has deals with many airlines we are flying with LOT today but other airlines also have access. A decent middle or the road airline lounge. Prague is a small airport so it worked for us. The lounge is divided and we were sent to the business lounge section. Not sure what was in the other lounge. This lounge was small but well appointed with plenty of options for food and drink. There were limited charging outlets. The shower was not working we were not going to use that anyway. The lounge was crowded when we arrived but cleared out quickly at 11am. Our flight is at 1245p. We were offered a small cup of ice, but there wasn't nearly enough to cool the whole bottle. The waiter didn't apologize and came across as quite rude and annoyed with us. She also never offered more ice, even though it was clear the amount we got wasn't enough. I understand that things happen, but a simple apology and a better attitude would have gone a long way.
