She does not clearly communicate as she had me book well in advance for full Baylayage and then only provided reg coloring (which ended up being too dark,). This was the 2nd time I was expecting full Baylayage coloring that she misled me. On two other previous visits she was supposed to cut my hair but failed to do so. She asked for photos (Balayage and color) which I showed her the same photos on multiple visits to which she remarked its doable but when its time to execute she doesnt fullfill. She states she prefers to do natural hair coloring but her skills are limited to the basics. Natural hair color has different tones. She doesn't understand how to mix toners, cut layers or perform true Baylayage. For this I give her 2 stars....making this review an average of 3 stars. On a side note when I remarked my dissatisfaction I was asked to find another stylist. Weirdly I always felt a salon would try to make their customers happy but I guess that's not their policy.
