Best car buying experience, I have ever had - just like you - I hesitated going to a dealership. Bill Underriner and his team went the extra mile to help me and I'm so grateful. I bought a used Honda Pilot yesterday. On the way home a message came on to check the emissions control. Today I took it back and asked them to look at it. It was an O2 sensor. They are going to fix it for me. Again it was a used vehicle "as is". They didn't have to fix it. I appreciate their integrity. read more

This review is for the Underriner Body Shop. My car went in for 5 days for painting. My documented mileage on their paperwork was 49,000 in, and 49,005 out. I knew my mileage was well under 50K because my oil change was due at 50k, and I knew I had some time before I needed an oil change. When I picked up my car the mileage was 50,020. I talked to Brian the manager about it...he said the mileage was an estimate & that they routinely don't document exact mileage on any car they work on. He had "no explanation" for why my odometer reading was what it was. I asked to see video footage given they have signs posted about 24 hour surveillance...he said it's actually the nearby hospitals video cameras. The hospital said they don't have surveillance for this business. Long story short....I would highly recommend going elsewhere. read more

I did submit photos of the vehicle prior to my appointment, and when I got to Mars Larry had reviewed the photos and suggested that I only tint the front windows as the others had factory tint. They were friendly and more than happy to tint the windows that needed tinting to match the others. When I picked up my crossover I was beyond impressed! I wish I had more windows to tint because my car looked great! I was given care instructions for the windows and sent on my way to enjoy my freshly tinted windows. If you have a vehicle that needs tinting-MARS is hands down the best place to go!
