Steve, the owner, listen to me and calmly explained how he would try to remove the paint. A little while later, he showed me my amazing paint free car along with immaculate clean interiors. Every single time I visit, I receive an extremely aggressive sales pitch for the monthly membership plan from the same gentleman. Even after politely declining multiple times, the sales pitch continues--often to the point where it feels more like an argument than an offer. He will lean into the car and continue pushing the membership despite being told "no" several times. I completely understand offering customers the monthly plan, but once a customer declines, that answer should be respected. The repeated pressure makes what should be a pleasant experience uncomfortable and honestly makes me think twice about returning. I hope management will address this because the quality of the car wash itself is excellent. A less aggressive approach at check-in would make the overall customer experience significantly better.
