I was scheduled for a service window between 8:30-10:00 AM this past Friday, and right at 8:00 AM I received a confirmation call from Laura, which I really appreciated. Even better, Pierce arrived promptly, just after 8:30AM and appeared extremely professional and ready to get to work. Pierce was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I showed him the issues I was having with a toilet and two sinks, and he carefully explained what was going on in a way that made complete sense. He stepped back out to his van to coordinate with Laura on pricing, and within minutes had clear, straightforward options with numbers for me on how we could approach the problems. The pricing was very reasonable, and they even offered bundling discounts, which made it an incredible value! (Especially for the level of professionalism and quality service they provide.) It is rare to find a company where you genuinely feel comfortable having someone in your home, but that's exactly how I felt with Pierce. I can't rate their work because they don't show up! I would never recommend a company that doesn't have enough respect for a prospective client to be honest enough to say - we show up when we feel like it, nor would I recommend a company with such an unprofessional attitude.

They dispatched a technician, diagnosed my issues, sent quote estimates to my email, followed up with a confirmed booking, and came out within the next day with the proper part to service my broken system.
