Negatives: I was charged $600 (in addition to the higher weekend fee to come out) for a repair that took 20 minutes and required no parts. It was two different charges that didn't really make sense because you couldn't have really done one without the other. It felt like I was taken advantage of as a single woman on a holiday weekend who didn't know how easy/quick the repair would be when I agreed to the cost. The service man also told me that the credit card payment on his tablet wasn't working so I had to pay by check. I wasn't planning to dispute a charge, but this made it to where I didn't have the option. I responded to two different text surveys with this rating and information and was assured both times that the service manager would follow up and they never did. My father also called multiple times and never got follow up. I was waiting until we heard back from them before I posted a negative review (I communicated this to them), but it's now been over 4 weeks. I have used them for repairs before without issue, but will not be using them again and would not recommend them to my friends/family/neighbors.

I showed him the issues I was having with a toilet and two sinks, and he carefully explained what was going on in a way that made complete sense. I called the next day and their phone system used an automated AI response initially, but I was then rerouted and able to speak with a service person. They dispatched a technician, diagnosed my issues, sent quote estimates to my email, followed up with a confirmed booking, and came out within the next day with the proper part to service my broken system. Before the serviceman arrived, I received text updates with pictures of who to expect and with their estimated time of arrival.
