Not only do the customer service reps life the customer services manages and supervisors don't know what the hell they are taking about. Waiting on the 3rd mirror. They keep shipping broken 60" mirrors in boxes with no protection! This is the 5th time I have been on the phone with them for over an hour each time. All they offer is "store credit" lol. If they can't fix their mistake. They won't me to come back and make another purchase with in store credit yet they can't fulfill the order I gave placed. Weeks ago!! Wow folks the lies keep coming. Bed bath & Beyond customer service is a freaking joke. First I'm unreasonable because I have expectations that they should hold up their end of the deal. Yet they can't issue a refund now because they have ordered a replacement which they consider a replacement. Hahah Given their was so much broken glass I could of cut my fingers or hands severely opening the previous two broken mirrors. Mind you the first mirror I ordered weeks ago showed up in perfect condition. So I thought ok I'll order a larger one. Now we are going on two weeks and two broken Mirrors and no refund. All they can offer is $50.00 in store credit Mind you I had to hall two boxes 36"x62" filled with shattered glass off to the dump ! They are the worst!! As bad as Ashley furniture !

We were pleased with the plumbing, electricial, and tile (Ivan and Simon) sub-contractors that were used for our bathroom project. We've encountered our fair share of contractors and, for this job in general, received many over-the-top quotes and/or no shows. Ben was reasonably priced and consistent in his communication. He provided us with a project calendar (we've never had that happen w/ a contractor) and while, his team went over their original due date--unexpected issues--he maintained communication with us about who would be where, when, and why. I had quotes from 3 other individuals/companies around town and they were either too sales-like for me or weren't responsive at all. I have to admit I was hesitant about going forward with AKB since I'd not read any review about them, but I had a good feeling after I met Benjamin to receive the initial estimate. I got the impression that he actually really cared about his work and the job he does and it was more than just a paycheck for him. I really liked how he was even able to give me a ballpark estimate with just some pictures I sent him before he came over to give a true estimate. I initially reached out to Benjamin in late May and we had decided to start work the first week of July (on that note, he also had earlier availability than anyone else I had received a quote from). We wound up pushing that back once we received the final quote as we wanted more time to save money for the job. He started work on our kitchen on a Monday and was basically done by Friday, except for a few items he had to come back to finish up early the next week. He was great about communicating when he would be at the house and did a fantastic job cleaning up each day--we were able to still use our kitchen in the evenings. We did the back-splash ourselves to save money, and after finishing that, I'm just floored at how beautiful this kitchen looks. I even have to force myself to go to sleep and stop staring at my kitchen each night. It was 100% worth the money and I would recommend Affordable Kitchen & Bath to anyone who wants quality work for a great price.

It's an extremely professional group of people, from design, to project management, to individually skilled craftsmen. If the electrician was due on Monday, he or she arrived promptly on Monday. Each worker was polite, courteous, considerate, and did their part of the project efficiently. I had even actually considered just walking out as no one even noticed me at the register for several minutes. I was literally within 2 feet of an employee restocking and she only spoke to her coworker. Would it have been so hard to say "sorry for your wait" or "thank you" after my purchase? Person who rang up my items didn't even seem to want to be there. It's a shame, as I have enjoyed previous shopping experiences there.
