However, Jeff needs to be called out when he treats clients rudely. I asked him over a month ago to help with an estate tax issue I had. After dropping off the information, he never kept in touch or returned phone calls as promised to what the status was. I literally had to drive out of my way to go to his office/restaurant for updates. The last time I went to his office he rudely stated he was busy, then made me wait for 45 minutes. He treated me like I was some schlub walking in off the street as opposed to a long time paying client. Afterward making an inappropriate comment about the IRS calling the cemetery if more information was needed. Also, I question his tax knowledge, he didn't seem to understand certain types of employer profit sharing . Sadly, I'll be going elsewhere for tax and accounting, I cannot recommend this business.
