The pistols were returned beautifully I am guessing because they were shipped with no magazines but the revolvers most of them looked like rage guns and 1 was broken 90% of the revolvers were new and some of them were high dollar and took years to hunt down as an example I hunted for a 351pd s&w 22 mag revolver and it cost almost 800$ at the time I purchased the weapon I never fired it now I don't even want it based on it condition. The selection was great and the prices were very fair and competitive compared to other local shops and big box stores. When it came time for me to make my next handgun purchase, I used their website to see they had the firearm available that I was looking for. I told Brian the owner that I was looking for a Sig p320 xcarry legion, a gun that I did a lot of research about before wanting to make a purchase. Brian informed me they did not have the gun currently, but immediately offered to get it shipped in for me in as little as 2-3 days. He also assisted me in trying out different grip modules on firearms similar to the xcarry legion so that I could get a feel of what the frame was like. He was also patient and helped me look at different models with their features before I made my final decision. This encounter made me appreciate the location as with other shops they try to push for you to purchase their gun of choice, and treat you like a fool for wanting to buy a certain brand they don't quite like. There was none of this nonsense here, any questions I had were answered professionally and Brian went out of his way to make sure I got the product that I wanted. When I went to retrieve my new handgun after NICS, I had an awesome chat with the Jeff who finished up my paperwork with me and made some great recommendations for cleaning of my firearms. The man that answered the phone said it was fine. The gun arrived at the business on a Wednesday via FedEx at 10:48 am, I received a notification that read, "Customer not available or business closed" I contacted the place and gave him a tracking number and told him it would be redelivered the following day, he said he was very sorry for the mix up and someone would be there on Thursday to accept the package. Well Thursday came and I received the same notification as I did the day before. I never heard from anyone at Thin Blue Line Armory again. I contacted the business I purchased the gun from and let them know what happened, I explained that I used this place because it was on their preferred FFL list, they told me that they too tried to contact him via telephone after the first missed delivery and couldn't get in touch with anyone. I was also told that they would remove them from their preferred FFL list. The gun had to be shipped back to the dealer it was purchased from and shipped out to another FFL.
