Never fixed my car under the safety warranty. Said it was my fault. I had to rescue my daughter because the seat belt kept tightening on her so I cut the wire it released. Now SRS light is on. But it's my fault the seat belt malfunctioned. Asked them to cancel all other warranties never did. I called numerous times and never received a call back. Reported them to the BBB. Last year I came here after looking at a couple of cars they had advertised online. I get to the dealership, walk in and was greeted by Mr. Jerry Dao who I must say was professional from the moment I walked in til the moment I walked out, so this review is not about him. Jerry told me a salesman would be with me shortly to show me the car I wanted to check out. The first car I wanted to see, I was told it was at a different Mastria dealership and that they would send someone to get it for me. It was advertised as being at this Nissan dealership, but who cares right? They're going to go get the car so no big deal, I also could've gone to the other dealership myself and wouldn't be bothered by it since they're all close by. They bring me the car, I drive the car, liked it, but wanted to drive the other car that I saw advertised prior to going to the dealership so I can make a decision. They told me that it was also at a different Mastria dealership, same story. Sales guy told me that he'd go get it, but before he did, he really wanted me to drive a certified pre-owned Sentra they had. I really did not want to but he persisted so much, telling me that I should drive it and tell him what I thought, telling me how great everything that comes with buying a CPO car from them is, etc. I drove the car and, while it was a nice experience, I still wanted to drive the other car that was advertised online and that I originally went there to check out. Sales guy tells me that he's gonna go get the car. I go inside to wait and after about 10 minutes, the sales manager Mr. Sean Buckley comes out to talk to me. After greeting me and shaking my hand, he quickly tells me that he can't have his guys keep going back and forth to get cars for me to test drive. A few points that Mr Sean Buckley needs to understand: 1- I came here because the TWO (only two, imagine that) cars I wanted to see were here. 2- I told your sales guy that I could go to the other dealership myself and check out the car, it was next door at the Mastria Kia dealership. 3- You went and got ONE car for me, you sell cars, that's your job. You're not doing me a favor, you're providing a service and you're getting paid for it, so understand the position you're in and talk to your customers accordingly. 4- My bad experience could've been avoided if you had just been upfront from the beginning and told me that the car wasn't at your dealership and that I was welcomed to go to the other dealership (also a Mastria) to check out the car. I realize that if I go to a different dealership to check out the car you won't get credit for the sale because I would be dealing with a different salesperson and sales manager, but that's not my problem. I told you I could go there myself and if you can't have your guys go get a second car so I can check out, that's your problem. You showed me 1 car that I actually wanted to see. I'm a grown man and a Veteran looking for a daily car, I'm not looking to joyride your Nissan Altimas I assure you that. I bought a lightly used 2017 Macima in 2018. It is a very nice car but the rear spoiler was not properly installed and had gaps between in and the trunk lid. The took it off and put new one on. A few months later, same problem but I also noticed the metal in one spot was slightly bent and pulled it. Very small but should not be a thing. When I told them, I was told warranty on the part was up. They put it on wrong. Period. Then I had a squeak in window. They said they'd fix it during routine service. All they did was spray some lube on the track that got all over the window and door trip. These guys are hacks. Stay away. Far away. They don't back their work and are bad at what they do. I regret dealing with them along with many others I've spoken with. I would give a negative review if I could. I see positive reviews on buying the car. Any idiot can sell a car. Don't do business with this dealership! They are all about making money! I bought a Pathfinder from them after test driving it through the streets of Rayham. I specifically asked about the breaks and was told by Linda, my sales rep that they were fine and inspected by her expert team. I did not take the car on the highway until I was driving it home with my 6 and 8 year old kids after I bought the car. I went to slow down and the breaks were vibrating the whole car. They were so loud pulsating in our ears. I contacted the dealership about it and brought the car in. They replaced the front breaks and said the back would pass inspection. I said this isn't the condition the sales person, Linda, said it was in. The service guy then told me 'Well, she may have made a fib' that was his explanation to me sending me on my way in an unsafe car with two children. The breaks do not sound any different since they replaced the front breaks. It is my understanding that if a reputable dealership would sell a customer a car they would be sure to sell a quality vehicle. I worry what else I will find with this vehicle considering her team of experts that inspected it prior to selling it to me missed the fact that the breaks were 'junk, metal on metal' (my mechanic's words) and they thought it was fine to sell this car to me. These people have no morals! My mechanic was horrified when he looked at the breaks and the fact that the dealership said they would pass state inspection...that was their answer. That is a huge disappointment! Not to mention the terms of my loan changed the day of signing. That should have been another red flag! read more

Last summer a friend and I were on the highway on our way to Cape Cod to visit family and friends. We had been on the road approximately 45 minutes when a warning light stated a problem with my tire pressure. I was quite close to Rt 24 and stopped at the 1st service station I saw on Rt 44. They filled my tire but it was still losing air and, seeing nothing in the tire, pointed me to this Nissan dealer, which I believe divine intervention had a hand. I received the best customer service I could have hoped for. Mack Stowell took care of us from the moment we pulled into the service area. He assisted in getting me processed into their system and showed us to their waiting area, which was very nice and comfortable, with complimentary and other amenities. I had an inspection only 3 weeks before (sometimes mistakes are made!) but the simple fact was my tire had worn out and I needed a new tire. There were other customers with appointments ahead of me and it was going to take a while. Knowing what our plans were for the day, Matt arranged for a complimentary loaner car, a Nissan Rogue, which is what I have. If I wasn't able to get the car back to them by 5:00 that day, a Saturday, I could return it on Monday since they were closed on Sunday. We were able to return it that day and Matt was there to help get us on our way. I asked for and kept Matt's business card, intending to write a review. I hadn't intended it to take so long but life had other plans. One of my new year's resolutions was to finally write this review. Special thanks to Matt and great appreciation to all who had a hand in the day turning out the way it did. I've been to a few Nissan dealerships. This dealership was by far the worst. I wouldn't give my business to them if they were the only Nissan dealership within 300 miles. I would rather have a teenager at jiffy lube change my oil. I just moved to the area and needed an oil change and my e brake looked at because it wasn't working. I made an appointment to drop my vehicle off Friday night so they would have it first thing sat morning when they open. I called around 1pm Saturday to check on my vehicle. They told me they have not even got to it yet!! They told me they were busy with appointments. When I told then I had an appointment for 7am they told me they had some things that carried over from the night before. So much for making appointments I guess. When they did get to my vehicle they called me a few hrs later telling me I needed new e brake pads because mine were wore down to much and that's why it wasn't working. I've been working on vehicles my whole life and only took it to the dealer because I just moved here and didn't have my tools. So I knew right away he was lying because a) I replaced the pads not even 4 months ago, and b) I know there are two ways to adjust the e brake which he told me couldn't be adjusted. About a week after this whole fiasco with mastria I took my vehicle to a mechanic to have the e brake checked out. Turns out the cable was disconnected from it somehow. He said he reconnected the cable and the brake worked great. So that confirms that mastria was lying and/or doesn't know what they are doing. The next day after the oil change my oil light came on. So I brought my vehicle to a different dealership. They said my light was coming on because my oil temp sensor was broken...... Which is located right next to the oil filter . Which could easily be hit while changing the oil filter. On top of that they said my truck was low 2 quarts of oil!!! I said you must be mistaken I just had the oil changed yesterday by mastria nissan. They couldn't believe it themselves. I called mastria-nissan-raynham and told them what happened at their dealer. They threw a bunch of bs at me and wouldn't own up to anything. So I was left paying to clean up after them. read more

5/28/18 my wife and I went to trade in our 14' and 15' for 2 18's. I spend 5 hrs to get where i would like to be. We get to the payment part and they said only 3k per car is allowed in credit (last time I got a car here there was no problem with using 5k in credit). So we sign and i expect to come back yesterday 5/29/18 with the other 4k in bank checks to find my cars rdy to go. Nope 6k wasnt enough for them to do the registration even though I was bringing the other 4k 5/29(5/28 was memorial day and being that I was planning to put 5k on each card for the cars I did not bring bank checks). Myself AND my wife leave work early and bring them the other 4k as we said we would 5/29(again, your choice not ours we have tens of thousands in credit). We sit in the waiting room for over 2 hrs before i am told it isnt happening today. So now they have my 10k, I left work early and sat 2+ hrs for what reason? My cars are in the parking lot sitting, I have paid them for the last 3 years every payment on time, I come back for 2 new cars and this is how I am treated? I feel offended, as if they didn't expect me to come back with the other 4k today even though they had 6k of mine? Was I profiled; not all white people get the hookup you know? Waiting for my credit cards to clear because I'm 30 white and didn't shave? I work hard and deserve to be treated with respect when i do buisness with a company. A few oil changes arent good enough. I had to leave work early on a busy day to make sure you guys got your money; to sit for over 2 hrs to receive NOTHING. Seems the dedication is in the wrong direction. They told me Monday "you mind coming back tomorrow to pick them up we want to detail them". Just lies to keep me waiting (for the credit cards to clear I imagine). Now I can not pick up my car for close to a week because I have events every night(I am a catering chef so all day I prep and all night I chef). I do not want strangers driving to my house to drop anything off(even if they seem like cool people). Walk in with cash or atleast bring a bank check for your down payment because they are going to bust your balls and make you sit. I wasnt at nissan because it was the cheapest place on the block, I like their cars. Not only was the man of my life buying a car her was buying trust within the core group of people we dealt with at Nissan. He has gotten so many run arounds and so many unprofessional qualified sale people as he ventured for a new car. We walked into Nissan greeted with incredible customer service skills with being able to communicate with us one on one that we understood exactly what Brian Augusto was saying . We felt as though he really wanted to make sure my other half was had all his options up front no hidden secrets , no promises he was not able to keep. He left the desk and we were able to talk to talk to one another privately. He and I agreed he finally wasn't feeding us what we wanted to hear he told us the truth and wanted to fit him in a budget that would be good for him. I thank you myself for all you did for him . Moving forward we graciously were placed with Linda Almeida his sales lady. I must say first I sorter forgot he was buying a car , she made us felt right away that we had known her forever. I don't know how he was lucky enough to fall into her hands but she stayed to the end first night 11:30 pm to end the deal .Next day it was already a wrap between her Brian and Linda a wrap - she explained so much about the car throwing jokes being her self - I truly wish I bought my own new Nissan Pathfinder a month ago with her then Coastal Nissan. Lastly , of course the best for last was Gary Lee . He sat with us by the time the signing had taken place my other half and I were so grateful . To realize it wasn't just the feeling getting the sale and moving you on meant allot. We realize what effort and extremes he did for him that will never be forgotten. Once I decided on a red Rogue, he really worked with me to get me the best deal possible. As a long time Raynham resident I sort of thought of Mastria as a neighbor and when it came time for a new (used) car this is where I shopped and bought. Big mistake. I bought a used 2016 Altima and was told that it went through a " thorough inspection" before being offered for sale. Well several days after taking delivery I discovered that a front fender liner was missing and that a head light had filled with moisture. The liner is a crucial part that keeps water and road debris out of the engine compartment and a headlight shouldn't fill with moisture. I accept that a used car isn't going to be perfect but it should have all it's parts a safely functioning headlight. After resisting any responsibility, the service department finally told me they would replace the two items with used parts.The sales department would "call me tomorrow" Well they never called and wouldn't respond to repeated calls or email so I had the car repaired at a local auto body shop at my own expense. All in all a lousy experience and I won't be a customer of Mastria in the future. read more

I have had issues with Buick and Nissan and Honda across the street, Buick tells me after an oil change I needed new Ti rods, tells me both needs replacing, going to cost about 500 dollars, I show up after the work, I ask about the procedure, he shows me the parts, there is a hole in one, and the other is fine, I ask about it, he doesn't have answer, gets with the mechanic, the mechanic says its easier to replace both at once, so they are okay with replacing good parts that don't need fixing, padding the service books, ripping people off, I set a meeting with the service manager, he says what do you want me to do, I gave you an oil change, and put the old part back in, I guess I want you to do what your suppose to do, give me an honest estimate for my vehicle, for parts that actually need repair. His attitude was terrible, I am not sure why he wanted me to tell him what to do, he should know. With the corruption in Taunton and Bristol County, the court, police and probation, the lawyers and unethical relationships, its just not something the public wants going on, Nissan is just horrible, the son of the Buick service manager is the dealership manager, his brother served and lost an arm, I think separating the service from the support they receive is smart for future generations. They are unethical. I went to Buick on a referral from a probate court employee, he's also a predator with young men, tied up with unethical law firm Fagan and Goldbrick. Sad for the people who truly trust the business and leadership, they think they aren't at risk and they are. More people need to come forward with stories of deceit and unethicalness. read more
