Your response here right after my post is a transparent attempt at damage control. You did not reach out to me for a thoughtful conversation about what happened. You posted a standard response without any true curiosity about what actually happened. When people are being gaslit and addressed so poorly, their tone doesn't stay the same, for sure, but I did not do the things you mention in your response, and in my work we take such accusations seriously. But this is consistent with the business-first, customer-second philosophy and, just as your service manager did, makes things even worse than they were. Shame on all of you.

We took the car in for inspection and found that the compressor and condenser for the A/C failed. Emailed Eric immediately. He got back to us right away, told my husband they would order the compressor/condenser and replace it. Parts should be in next week. How many dealerships, wholesalers, would stand behind their reputation? This is the only one we know of. Would absolutely go back and purchase another vehicle. Highly recommend.
