The PA was thorough in the exam, but I couldn't believe I did not have anything in my throat. A few days later, on the weekend, Ii was having a real problem with my throat and the on-call nurse called me back. She told me to at least try the rx they prescribed and she also said that she sees this kind of problem all the time. It was those words that made me try the rx, and, wouldn't you know it, after one dose, the problem I had went away in minutes. I am grateful that this person took the time, and cared enough, to convince me to go in a different direction (by taking the rx). Dealing with my problem for the three weeks before I went to this office was a horror. Imagine my incredible joy when all that went away from one dose. So I had to write this review to help others. This same nurse always answered my questions, no matter how dumb, and even told me to call if I had additional questions. I ended my relationship with the office when I didn't get a call back for a week, I think it was, regarding an issue that developed regarding the rx. Usually my calls were returned within 24 hours, but not this time. I should have called back a second time at least. What if I had bad phone reception and my message couldn't be heard? I wish I could go back to that very professional and knowledgeable office.

Agreed I should stay overnight for endoscopy, he spoke with Dresnick - I saw him speak to him and even confirmed with a phone call at the end of his shift that Dresnick would do the scope. I was instructed to not eat or drink in the ER all night, all morning. Dresnik sent his PA, Michelle, the next morning who was cold and rude to tell me he was not doing the scope, it wasn't an emergency. His PA said he didn't even know who I was. Complete lie!!!! Then she stepped out to speak to with a nurse about Botox and a new boyfriend. Being a naturalist as much as possible I decided to seek an alternative after watching Dr Sajay Guptas show on the benefits of Medical Marijuana. I tried Dr #1 who said my RA wasn't on the list of illnesses (which is CRAZY) one of my Drs gave me Dr Herman's name and number and that is where I first encountered KIM (his receptionist)!!!!
