In fact, they showed and seemed to be very annoyed when I called looking for results. The entire experience was disturbing and upsetting. After driving 30 minutes to the office with my daughter, I was told they do not perform lip tie releases at all. No one contacted me beforehand to clarify, confirm, or correct the appointment information. Two days later, the office manager called to apologize, but now I'm being billed for a service that I did not receive. It's extremely frustrating to be charged for an appointment that should never have been scheduled in the first place, especially when I type it out online. The lack of accurate information, the unnecessary trip with my child, and now the billing issue make this a very disappointing experience. When we arrived at the office AT 5:00, it was closed. Not only is this super unprofessional, but it raises major concerns for this Medical Care establishment. Do you just deny patients when it's inconvenient for you? Do you just close early due to boredom? Do you not want to actually care for your patients? Genuine questions for hopefully a genuine medical professional that works at this establishment. Best of luck to anyone who actually go here cause god only knows where their certification comes from.
