We booked a room for 2 hours and then another friend booked the room for the next 2 hours. The librarian came in - Marry, and told us she CANCELED our second reservation, once we checked in for the second reservation, and told us we had to leave, because another group had the room... We were not being disruptive and were simply studying when she interrupted and was so RUDE. She really must have been having a bad day and took it out on three 20-something-year-olds. Extremely rude and unkind. Do not go here waste of your time and not even a great space! AND you have to bring your own HDMI cord... weirdd

The children's librarians are extremely helpful and very welcoming. Their sitting area for children is furnished with many couches, chairs and tables, conducive to reading silently or aloud. The librarians seem to have a sincere passion for books and a wide knowledge of what appeals to each visitor. Every time I wander in without ideas on what I need, arise librarian greets me, listens to my comments and sagely offers a book or two that I end up adoring. These librarians know books and almost do a "mentalist" thing on you, reading your mind, revealing your preferences and current desires and directing you accordingly. Even the non-reader will be delighted by their suggestions and return for more!

There isn't much to gloat about but they serve their purpose well. Besides the endless amounts of books you could also utilize their computers, printers, and copiers. They also have music and movies too which is pretty cool if you're looking for a cheap (free) way to expand your music collection. One thing that is nice about this location compared to others is that this library is actually really quiet and is kept that way unlike other locations which tend to be more of a hangout. This location seems to be clean but is dated and needs a facelift which a problem with most NYPL locations. There isn't much more to add. I will continue to use this location and suggest you do too!

A state audit has revealed that since Rutgers joined the Big 10 in 2014, the athletic department has hemorrhaged more than a half billion dollars.
