I brought a picture from researching and she was ready to start and still never looked at my picture. My friend said did you show her the picture you brought on your phone? I then showed her the picture, and she looked at it so fast I was shocked that she did not study it a little longer, and ask me any questions. She replied oh that is what I was going to do anyways. This was my first eyeliner so did not know what to expect. She started the process and lasted about an hour I think. When finished it was crooked with a loop going up further on one eye than another and as far as the cat eye lets just say I did not get any. I questioned when it was done and she replied oh it will be different when I finish in a month. We are at one month now and my eyeliner completely came off the bottom and I listened to instructions to the letter with washing and putting the ointment on she recommended. As far as the rest of the eye liner the top is still different on one side and has a curl instead of a cat eye. I do not think she understands what a cate eye is and especially todays version. They have changed over the years. I am going to have to get it redone now and pay another 400 after I already paid for this piece of crap that I got done for 350 dollars. I asked her for a refund and says she does not give them. I would never ever go to this person again. I have contacted her many times with no response or no help. She would not even refund half of my money. Here's what I find very odd. I am stuck now with having paid her in full her and she never finished . I know that she is not on the same page with me when you look at my eyes. I have had lots of people tell me how crooked the top is and it has made me so sad and depressed. I am so embarrassed I have not taken off my sunglasses in public so nobody else embarrasses me. I do not think her sight is good enough to be doing permanent makeup on anyone considering what my eyes look like. I have found another person to redo my eyes and understands what a cat eye is. She took the time to draw it on and ask me ahead of time of if I like it. If not she would she will change it. She will have her work cut out for her, and will have to go higher up on top since it is so crooked i found out. I am a Christian so I gave her the benefit of the doubt to do the right thing in helping at least pay half since it is so crooked and new lady can not charge any less do to it being so crooked. I strongly advise nobody to go to her in the future. I think that she does what she wants instead of what the client wants. Please go to a few technicians that will take the time with you and draw it on first to actually see it. I unfortunately trusted her and that was my mistake so shame on me. I hope that this helps others in the future to make another choice for a technician.

Penny did such a wonderful job it's hard to tell they are not my real brows. The color is amazing matches well with my eyes, skin and hair. They really look natural, I have had many compliments. When getting the piercing they kept thier fake nails on during it and kept dropping the little ball at the end of the jewelery. The next day my lip was almost purple at the ends and the piercings were digging into my lip. I took them to a real pro and they explained whoever put them on had no idea what they were doing because the jewelry they did put was so small they wouldn't put it on a lip even if it was healed, none the less a fresh lip. Explained that it could now be infected and could have had it cut off. DONT GO HERE FOR A PIERCING
