He even thought of things that didn't occur to us [like making sure my mom's tattoo was facing forward and not backward] I wanted mine to look like an antique stamp you'd see in an old library book, so it looks just how I imagined. I feel as though this is completely unprofessional and it is discrimination. My dog and I have been in there a few different times over the years and not once have we ever had a problem. All I did today was walk in the door and one of the employees walked up to me and told me my service dog was not allowed and when I let him know that he could not legally deny my service dog he completely denied me service. My dog and I were not being disruptive in any way and the employee didn't even know what I had come in for before these events took place. Just know if you have a disability this is not the place for you!
