I have been to a half a dozen different dentist in my adult years and haven't felt like they had my best interest at heart. Most seemed like they just wanted to suggest things to keep you coming back again and again whether you needed to or not and regardless if it could be done same visit. I just about gave up on finding my dentist "home" until a coworker recommended Bahri. She had nothing but great things to say and explained that she has been going to them for years and even has her son going to them so it's a family dentistry! I thought, well, it's been 2 years since I last saw a dentist and, should probably go, so let's give them a try. I called to make the appointment and they got me in that same week! They were so flexible with my schedule and made it so easy. They even emailed me a link to complete my new patient forms online and took me maybe 5 minutes to complete. So simple! I will say that finding the place took me a hot minute. I had the address and found the right spot, saw signs pointing to Bahri Dental Group but it took me to a college. I soon figured out the dental group was inside the college right through the main entrance. It would have been nice if they mentioned that when I made the appointment but I'm pretty intuitive and just figured it out. I walked in and told them my name and they immediately asked me back to a room. No forms to fill out or waiting around! They made me wash my hands (covid) before doing anything. They dis xrays, cleaning, etc. in record time and really focused on making me comfortable while be efficient. After they were done, the doc came over and did his exam. Explained to me what I'm doing well and things to consider to make my dental hygiene better (without pressure) and the. Set up my next appointment. My husband then made an appointment and was booked the very next day. He needed a crown and they made the crown impression and then plugged it into a computer and then it made some noise and produced the crown just like that. Like maybe 5 minutes! They have some of the better and high tech equipment to make things so efficient and avoid needing to make duplicate appointments. All I can say it between me and my husband, we both had great experiences. Mine was more simple because my teeth has no issues or cavities but even my husband who needed a crown and had 3 cavities, if was still an efficient and good experience. I would highly recommend Bahri.

They filed six separate claims with my insurance company and then proceeded to tell me that they were out of network, which was false. I even had my insurance company contact them to tell them that not only did they file six separate claims, but they actually overcharged me and owned me money. However, I guess they are incompetent and don't understand that and have fraudulently send me to collections. Also, the filling they did had to be fixed by another dentist because it wasn't done correctly.

You should be able to do more for the pain. That's what pain killers are for. I should not have to go through all this just to get a little bit of comfort. I don't know what's going on but pain killers are for people that are in pain. That's why they are made. Just because some people decide to kill themselves by being stupid with drugs that they aren't supposed to take doesn't mean I should being going through all this. Let the people that need what they need get what they need. I don't get to just rest at home for days after an extraction I have a job to do I can't just take off, so going through a job all day long in extreme amount of discomfort and pain is completely unnecessary!!( UPDATE 6:30am) at the hospital doctor comes in. After a week of struggling with nerve pain, my husband called and scheduled an appointment for me immediately. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the doctor was very knowledgeable. It turns out I need a root canal. What stood out most, though, is that they didn't pressure me into additional services. They accept PPO dental insurance, though unfortunately, my husband and I won't have insurance until April. They made every effort to assist with financing options, and I want to emphasize that they didn't attempt to upcharge. In fact, they did everything they could to help make the procedure affordable, despite our current financial situation. As soon as we have insurance, I will definitely return for the root canal, and we plan to schedule appointments for my husband and daughter to have their teeth cleaned as well. He wanted me to see an oral surgeon and I thought I would try Jax Emergency after my husband recommended them to me. Dr. Arrow was patient, took his time and rocked that tooth out in it's entirely with no breaks. Took his time and used rocking persistence- something most dentists do not posses anymore with the rush to high priced cosmetic dentistry procedures. I worked for years chair-side in dental offices in my younger years I can really appreciate application of great basic practices as well as talking a patient through the procedure calmly. I also appreciate in this day and age of greed in the medical industry to not have the price be the motivator to the doctor and practice. I like that the actions were whatever was best for me and my situation. I only wish they did root canals on molars so I wouldn't have to go on a search, but I've been referred to 3 endodontists for consideration for the next procedure. Front desk was very helpful and I was seated shortly after arrival. The assistant was efficient and friendly, updating x-rays after looking at those previously taken at another office earlier this year. Smart move. You don't want a dentist working off of old x-rays. Not ever! Another note I'll go in bed at names was I recognized her from being here a couple years ago which says a lot about the doctor. Many assistance turn through cause of doctors that are too difficult to stay with. Yes, some dentists can be rude to their assistant too!
