She goes above and beyond for her students. My son was struggling a lot with writing. She has taught him how to form paragraphs, use transition words, use proper punctuation, taught him how to answer questions with details and even worked on him with RACE, which he uses at school. Not only did she work on him with reading and writing but she also took the time to have him practice and learn his multiplication and division math facts. I am extremely satisfied with her tutoring services. Not only has my sons writing improved but I also see that he is more confident in doing his homework this school year and he participates in class a lot more than before. I still continue to take him to tutor with Rosemary and I have already recommended her to a few of my friends. Nicole was/is able to adjust her teaching methods to best suit my daughter's needs and abilities. Nicole not only dedicates her complete attention to her students, she also makes it her personal mission to make learning and homework fun. My daughter comes home eager to do her homework and actually likes make up stories to go with family projects. We have been utilizing this tutoring center for just over 3 years and I am comfortable enough to say it has been worth every penny!! Nicole was able to recognized my daughter had a learning disability within just a few sessions, but due to her age the school did not test my daughter. This school year my daughter was finally given an IEP which just confirms Nicole is amazing and my daughter is in the best of hands when it comes to her education. As for the tutoring center as a whole, the manager/tutor Mr. Kris is great! If at any time Nicole is running a little behind schedule he has willingly stepped in to begin my daughter's session so we are able to stick to our own schedule. The center is well staffed with tutors who are more then willing to answer any question a parent may have, as well as willing to schedule sessions according to the student/parents life not their own. We checked out a few other preschools in the area before coming to Woodcrest Montessori. We knew immediately when we had our walk-thru that this would be the right school for her. We love the cozy, homey-feel of this place and the curriculum they offer. Other preschools felt like facilities and lacked the warmth that we felt here. The teachers are all so sweet and engaged with the kids. We noticed right away how content, well mannered and happy all the children were when we visited. We love the flexibility of their schedule and their prices are totally fair and manageable. I dreaded the day I would need to send my baby off to be cared for by strangers. The peace of mind I have sending her here, knowing the kind of care she is recieving, is invaluable. I am eternally grateful we found this place and appreciate the staff with all of my heart.
