If you read their CVs, they are not someone successful whose expertise you would seek for something as critical as the future of your child. 3) It ended up being a nerve-wrecking tug of war. We constantly trying to get the service we paid for, and instead we're being constantly pushed to buy higher packages with the excuse that "what we want needs more time". 4) Even a reputable SAT prep book ended up giving a much better support than their "certified SAT teachers".

He has a unique style of teaching (which is aligned with the Manhattan GMAT course) that focuses NOT on teaching content, but test taking strategy which is critical. With only 4 classes with Avi, I increased my percentile ranking to over 90th percentile in about 4 weeks. During the classes, he is patient, konwledgable and entertaining all at the same time. The people in the test centers are absolutely powerless to contact anyone in the "main office" to discuss an issue. And when writing to the email to contact "Main office" there is no one to confirm receipt and much less give a time frame for an answer. The phone is never answered (confirmed by onsite crew) and the voicemail is full; A total lack of interest to have any feedback or contact with their paying customers. As to getting an email answer, they will not even write their name when copy pasting predefined answers. This is not a standard for test centers, I had two other test centers and the communication and response was fluent both by email and phone; I would recommend the Bitts testing centers or the Canada College any chance you have to choose over Precise Solutions.

Nick's prices are super high and his lessons didn't help much at all. I spent over 2k on his tutoring package... vs $200 a month on 7sage. His method is based on doing multiple practice tests rather than learning how to approach each question, scenario, etc. on the test. 7sage teaches you the opposite approach and I found that more helpful. I was also prompted to consider a different learning method after Nick was frustrated with me at our last lesson when I asked him to teach with a learning style more suited to me. I believe I asked how to approach questions with conditional logic by learning about conditional logic first...he said I should've given him advanced notice ahead of time and that I wasn't doing enough homework myself. How could I have done any more homework if all I was being taught was to do practice tests? I started to feel like I got scammed. More could have been done to make better use of my sessions in my opinion! I wasn't planning on ever writing this but I was extremely disappointed when I approached Nick for a refund on only my last few lessons I didn't attend. Having explained how I began to take 7sage and how it actually helped to increase my score, Nick first of all, didn't answer for many days and finally he pointed to his non refundable policy. Given how he treated me during our last session, some consideration would've been appreciated. Just be careful when considering Ozprep.
