Plus, the office staff is lovely to work with, accommodated me every step of the way. My daughter, btw, accepted at Dartmouth, YES! her top choice reach school, can't thank you enough!

His teachers have been gracious over the years, but well- A BOX OF ROCKS. It's amazing he can dress himself in the morning. We've never measured his IQ, we didn't have the heart, but I'm sure if we did, we would all be embarrassed. NOTHING upstairs, you know? Anyway, dear boy, he got it in his head he wants to go to college. His mother and I tried to dissuade him, guide him toward learning a manual skill, one that he couldn't hurt himself doing, of course. But he wouldn't hear of it. Had his heart set on higher ed. Anyway, he persuaded us to enroll him in Educational Services Center's test prep course- believe me, we did not have high expectations. I know, I know- you're hoping that the twist in this post is that he did miraculously well, brought his score into a respectable range, and got into a good school. Well, I wish I could tell you that. He didn't improve one bit. The score he started with, well, I'm ashamed to even name it, but let's just say- abysmal, is where he stayed. On this multiple-choice test, the guidance counselor at his high school said his score was about the same result a monkey could get just from sheer luck. And a really bright monkey could easily beat it. BUT, Educational Services Center gets 5 stars, they are salt of the earth, they bent over backwards, never once gave up on the boy, drilled him in math subject matter, writing mechanics, and passage-based reading strategy until his head almost fell off. They gave it their best shot. They at least made sure he remembered his calculator and pencil on test day, something none of his teachers have ever been able to achieve. Kids with even a little something between their ears will thrive in this program! every other student in my son's class raised his score, many improving by leaps and bounds. BRAVO Educational Services Center- you guys are the absolute best.
