Got a king bed room in the 01 tier facing the main blvd - was told it's an upgrade so more like a suite with sitting area divided from the bedroom by a heavy duty TV stand with shelves. Overall a very nice room except for one thing - the bedroom shares a wall with the elevator shaft so there is a constant faint but very audible dinging sound all day long except for 5-6 hours in the middle of the night. Mentioned this to the staff, am pretty sure other guests must have noted it before but they said they don't know about it. So just keep this in mind. Can't be sure it's the elevator as you don't always hear it when standing in front of them but there is no other explanation. Other than that, the location is excellent, breakfast with egg station offers a huge selection. Service is good - on day of our departure the front blvd was completely blocked to traffic by a citywide demonstration and we would have missed our flight without the hotel's assistance.

Rooms have outstanding air conditioning and very hot water. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Location is in a nice neighbourhood of Santiago called "Providencia", and is only 100 meters from the Metro station. Parque Metropolitano is very close by. Hotel staff is helpful and attentive.
