I had a great experience at Macondo Coffee Roasters and would definitely come back…read more I ordered the tuna sandwich and substituted the spring mix for arugula. It was absolutely delicious! The portion was surprisingly large, so I ended up eating half and taking the rest home. I also tried the beef plantain empanada, and honestly, you can't go wrong with that combination. The sweet plantain paired perfectly with the savory beef, creating the ideal balance of sweet and salty flavors. My boyfriend ordered the cheese arepa. It was good, but nothing out of this world compared to everything else we tried. For drinks, I had their cold brew made with 100% Colombian coffee. It was incredibly refreshing, and adding two pumps of pistachio syrup took it to another level. My boyfriend ordered the caramel frappe and really enjoyed it as well. One thing I loved was the atmosphere. The decor has a very Colombian feel, which gives the space a lot of character. There's plenty of seating, making it a great spot to study, work, or just hang out for a while. Overall, great food, great coffee, and a welcoming environment. I'd definitely recommend checking it out.

Love love love this place. This was my second time coming here- just for coffee this time. I got…read morethe same drink as the first time, cold brew with strawberry white chocolate cold foam (not always on the menu but they seem to always have it) & my friend got the Bahama cold brew, this was different because they blend the cold brew with banana and coconut syrup. You can tell the coconut syrup is real & not a synthetic flavor. If you are used to the fake flavor this tastes a lot different and you might not like it. The staff here are very nice & I love how you can see the beans getting roasted. The roaster stands right next to the machine while they are cooking! A lot of seating and you can definitely work on your laptop as I saw a few doing this. Feels like a cafe in some Central American country!

Maybe around 3.5, kind of in between a 3 and 4 stars…read more Came here for a quick breakfast and found the menu to be pretty interesting! It is a really cute breakfast place, and feels like an easy option to bring people if you are visiting the area. I really liked the special that they were running, which was a salmon and egg croissant sandwich. There were lots of buttery layers on the croissant, and there was plenty of filling. Plenty of seating inside, and larger portions. Everything was pretty yummy! I didn't try their coffee or other drinks, but if it is anything like the food I would wager it is a solid choice. Service was a little slow, and it took a bit to get our check. But our food came out super quick and was well made. I definitely think it is a solid breakfast option if you are in the area and can see myself coming back to maybe try one or two more things on their menu.

I'll start by saying it's a very cute breakfast spot with a large menu that includes lunch items…read more We were seated immediately. The inside is very beautiful and bright with ample seating. Our waiter greeted us for our order about five minutes later which wasn't bad. We ordered a chicken empanada (very good flavor, just dry), the pistachio cream pancakes were very dry as well and didn't have much flavor to them. The avocado toast was very delicious and the bread was obviously fresh. The coffee was some of the best I've had in a breakfast spot, perfectly brewed. We would pass in the rest shed again though. Overall they're getting a three because the food was wasn't very good, and it's quite pricey.

This is the perfect caffeine pick place to hit up in the food hall. They specialize in single-origin, high-altitude Coffee from Colombia that is roasted and handcrafted on-site. They also have some other great photographic worthy drinks like the Wild Purple Lemonade made with Butterfly Pea lemonade that I had to have. The blue in the lemonade is from the Butterfly Pea Flower. It is made from a dried, cobalt blue flower that is native to Southeast Asia. Its scientific name is Clitoria ternatea. Butterfly Pea Flower is a bright blue color and it is sometimes used as a food coloring. When you add the acid of lemon it turns a violet color which is how they achieved the blue/ purple color of the drink. As the lemon distributed throughout, it eventually turned entirely violet. It was expensive for a lemonade but I loved it. Other fun drinks include Passion Fruit Lemonade, Hibuscus Lemonade, Iced Santana Red Tea, and Oreo Iced Latte. They also sold tempting looking desserts which included colorful macarons. When you are craving coffee or a boring can of soda won't quench your thirst because you are craving showstopping refreshment, Tintto by Tributo has just what your Instagram ordered.
