This third guy said there was no excuse for (other aspects and) them taking a full week before he finally fixed it, said I'd get a discount, then I, of course, got a ridiculously high bill. That was mid last summer at peak heat, just like now, when my central AC has failed again. I suspect Dunn's "repair" has failed, but will not find out from them phoney clowns.

My family used this service for years. Last year when I called and needed something. I finally had…read moreto breakdown and and use another company and then they called me a week later. This last time that I wanted to use this company I called and then when I called the next day, i was told by the secretary that i had been called the day before and did not answer. I told her i had not. The secretary then went through every possible number and it wasn't there. I told her about the previous experience I had had with them, where i had received a call back a week after the job was done by someone else. She as much as called me a liar and said that if Mr Barrett said he had called, then he did. She honestly seemed amused at my exasperation. I was finally called back late on Friday by the owner, who ALSO said he had called me the day before. He said that I had been rude to his secretary, and i certainly was not! I told him that if i had come off that way, i apologize. I then reminded him that my family had used his company for decades, and asked if he wanted to do the job. He said that they were just too busy. Maybe they are busy, but that was another lie. I called him back and told him he had not returned ny call the day before, as the only missed calls i had were from my mom while i was driving (i was checking out marketplace items for some yardwork). I told him my phone was never off, and that had he called he could have left a message. I then reminded him that i had but one phone but had been given at least 5 numbers to check. So if you want to be treated like this, by all means, give them a call. If not, then avoid at all costs.

The technician, Jason, ran my dishwasher for an hour, only to tell me that they do not service…read moreappliances. The original call was not for my dishwasher, but for pipes under my sink that may lead to the dishwasher. The technician couldn't figure out what caused the leak, so his solution was to just turn the water off under my sink. I told him that I needed the water On & to just close the pipe that leads to my dishwasher. In less than 5 minutes he capped the pipe. $165 for a technician to not provide a solution, but to do a quick temporary fix of capping a pipe. $165. I wouldn't recommend this business.
