He did an ok job with my kid with looser curls, but had no idea what to do with the one with tighter curls. He didn't know how to comb it out (it had recently been conditioned and combed), refused to wet it, and took way too much off (about 3" in places) when we said "just a trim". The worst part about it, is that he ended up with curls right next to each other with a 3" difference in length. Completely uneven all over (which we only noticed after washing it). I wanted to like this place so much, but sad to say we won't be back.
