You did the initial assessment then passed me off to a useless chiropractor, Jessica(?) who I repeatedly asked NOT TO SEE. 3) Where is your evidence that I was seen "more than 3 minutes? You didn't treat me! So you're now saying that to defend yourself when you weren't in the room. I was, and that was my experience. Go ahead and defend your shitty office, I'm still reporting my experience. 1 time - 10 mins? 2nd time - 7 min, all session after that less than 5 mins.
