AAA Car Care is a complete joke. I brought my car in for a repair; paid good money, and drove away with exact same problem. I was driving on the expressway when all of a sudden my car shut off; a big semi truck was heading my way and didn't see me. Luckily, the semi truck swerved but it could've caused me and many others to be in serious danger. THEY KNOWINGLY SENT MY CAR HOME WITH THE SAME ISSUE. If you were to tell me they just sit around all day instead of working on your car I would believe you 100%. This company is a complete joke. Don't waste your time or money. read more

I had originally heard about the Kane Insurance Group through a neighborhood fb page and called to find out about a new policy for our condo association since we weren't happy with our current agent. Mike was wonderful to talk with and requested a couple documents to get the underwriting process started. A few days later, the association found out we needed to urgently change our master policy and Mike went out of his way to obtain coverage for us immediately. He was available for questions about our new policy even while out of town at a conference, and provided exceptional service without hesitation. If I could provide less than 1 star, I would. When I initially called for a proposal, I was told by the rep that they would not quote since I was looking to obtain more than one quote. He then hung up on me. It wasn't until I called again and left a note for the receptionist given the recent poor service. From that point, I was connect with the Michael Kane himself, in hopes to receive a proposal. While he was extremely helpful in the beginning, I continued to follow up with him via email for weeks with no response. Luckily, I was able to be serviced by Jos A. Cacciatore immediately and lock in a policy with them. I do not recommend this insurance group as I am in the field myself and don't provide this low level of service to my clients. read more

Had a condo insurance policy through Farmers insurance for several years. The premiums kept going up and my attempt to have one of their agents speak to me about the coverage and potential to lower the premium was unanswered. He went over all my insurance needs and even advised me on the best course of action for my home in Colorado that is now a rental. I have had such a great experience working with Laurie on two separate occasions. The first time she was able to find and quote me condo insurance that was way lower the rates I got through the mortgage broker. The next time was recently when I was hoping to find lower car insurance. She talked to me the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, after a quick search wanted to see if she could do some more research to get a better rate than what I have with my current carrier. Unfortunately, I cannot say that I would recommend Kane Insurance Group to anyone. Three months ago i needed to change the policy on my condo. I thought i did cancel it, based on my phone conversation with the representative. The lady said she will cancel it and will send me a new quote with a right policy! In a few weeks i called again to remind them about my quote. Nothing happened again. No quote. I talked to Mike a few times. Nothing again. I emailed him. Still nothing! I have got a new quote from a different company with a right policy. Still cannot cancel the Kane's one. Now my condo is insured with two different companies. Horrible customer service based on my experience! People answer the phone but do nothing! And it is not the end yet :-( read more
