Dad's toilet had been clogging on and off, and we decided it was time for a professional. Plumber came out on Friday, two days ago, and fixed the toilet. This morning it clogs again, and we can't get it unclogged. We called and had to leave a message. I explained what happened and that they were just here. I get a text back from Marina, and, well, see the screenshots. The earliest they say they can come back is this THURSDAY 4/15 and no, I can't speak to anyone until tomorrow about this. This is completely unacceptable and terrible service. It would be one thing if they hadn't JUST BEEN HERE to fix this exact problem. Don't use them. Anyone who would think it's just fine to leave a mobility challenged senior citizen with a waste filled toilet for four days that they just "fixed" should not be in business.
