I was seen at the Suwanee location on October 30th. The check out person told me I had a balance. We discussed the balance she first told me I owed $35 copay from November 2024. I went through my online banking account and provided the information to her showing I had paid. I advised the worker that I had met my deductible and out of pocket at the beginning of the year due to a hospital stay. She insisted I had a balance without doing any research or following up to see if what I stated was correct about my deductible and out of pocket. I gave her my card and she charged me the incorrect amount. She stated she refunded me and charged me the correct amount. Later that day she called me and stated she needed another $15 payment because her total for the day was coming up short. Total payments made was $244. She was supposed to refund me $146 that same day. I kept checking my bank to see if the refund had posted. It never did. The young lady did refund someone that day but it was not me. After looking at the receipt she gave me, I noticed the card number listed was not mine. I have been attempting to get my money back for over a month now. I have been promised twice I would be refunded. That has not happened. I have called weekly and no one takes responsibility. Everyone I have spoken to just pushes off to the next person. The Wednesday before Thanksgiving I was told that the manager was going to Zelle me the refund on Thanksgiving Day which turned out to be another lie. I am still waiting. The billing staff lacks knowledge of the contracts they hold with the insurance company. I should not have been asked to pay anything for the visit because they are a contracted provider and again I had met my maximum out of pocket for the year. BCBS has also called and informed them of this. BCBS has been following up with me weekly regarding this refund. The staff lies just to get you off the phone. They tell you what you want to hear so you can just go away. There is no integrity and no accountability. I have been coming here for years. I have never had a balance. I have always paid what I owed at the time of service. Now I cannot get back what is mine. They have no right to the money. BCBS has paid them in full. read more

Worst medical clinic ever. I was the second patient and I made an appointment. Waited 45 minutes, I understand that I have to wait this long at the doctors office usually. After I asked why do I have to wait this long nurse practitioner, Caroline Nappo, told to that they are short staffed and if I don't want to wait I can leave and look for an other place. Well, it looks like everyone already hates this place, so my review won't be quite as earth shattering as I'd hoped, but here goes! I have not been able to see a doctor for months. I've had a couple of issues, but lately my main concern has been your run-of-the-mill sinus issues x10. Bad enough that OTC isn't helping, so I figured the natural next step would be... SEE A DOCTOR. So after months of discomfort and pain, I started the search - yet again - through my insurance directory. Nope, no one is accepting new patients. Cool. Asked around and was referred to this place, Dr. Nguyen, specifically. Made an appointment and was so looking forward to getting some relief. Drove over and arrived early for my appointment. Followed all the posted instructions, completed my new patient paperwork, and patiently waited. After 45 minutes or more, someone finally called me. A nurse whose name I wish I remembered. She told me on the pain issue, there's nothing they could do because they don't do pain management. Ok... no routine bloodwork, I'd need to specifically make a physical appointment for that. Ok, my bad. Lastly, the freaking sinus problems. Surely I can get some help there! But no. This particular medical facility does not have any magic elixir or training/expertise to treat post-nasal drip. Furthermore, my self-diagnosis was good enough for this nurse! I said that I thought this symptom might be a sign of such-n-such, but since I AM NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL, I thought that a doctor might be able to check me out and confirm or deny my suspicions. Maybe even prescribe something in the meantime to keep me from puking at random points throughout the day, but no. Continue taking that OTC medication that is doing nothing to help you and cross your fingers! Have fun puking! So I left without even seeing a doctor and I would strongly advise against anyone wasting their time here. I get it, COVID, blah blah blah. But I made an appointment and no one told me, "oh, if you don't have COVID, we won't see you," so as far as I knew, this was going to be a fairly normal visit. I'm leaving my review here, I did not get a full visit, I was told to sit in my car and they only took my temperature did not check my lungs, ears, throat, nose, or anything or ask about any other symptoms. They immediately decided it was Covid?? (I'm fully vaccinated) Though I had taken two Covid tests prior that were the same ones Your office uses. I was told that the ones I took weren't accurate so they wanted me to get a third? I was tested there for flu and it came out negative. The guy who came out to tell me was dressed in regular clothing and looked like any other guy. We asked him if I could get a doctors note and he said he would tell them to write one, but after waiting another 30 minutes, we decide to ask inside. Apparently the guy was in there partying with other people and never told anyone about a note. I was then told I'd be contacted by my doctor (which I didn't even see) which I had to call back before they closed since I never received a call (I understand if she was busy). She then told me without a doubt it sounded like Covid (though my only symptom was a fever and a headache) and was told to call them once I got my results of my third Covid test if it was negative and to come in for an additional visit so they can look at my ears and throat to see if it may be something else. I felt like they really wanted to be right about such an abrupt diagnosis and I felt like it wasn't even a true visit and I felt singled out and that they wanted me gone as soon as I came. Reagan Medical Center has now become my Doctor and place to go for any kind of ailments.I went to a traditional Doctor for several years and will never go back to that again. From the staff at the front desk, the associates who handle all the tasks, to all the Doctors, they are all phenomenal. This is not my first bad experience with this location. I wrote a bad review and they made it a point to call back and apologize so I gave them another chance. I have brought my whole family which Includes 3 children here for Covid testing 3 times . Never had any issue In regards to their ages. This morning I fill out the forms an hour before heading over for our appointment. When I arrive I'm told the dr is not comfortable seeing children. I then question why and was told it's policy for this location. So what you're telling me is that somebody broke policy all those times in the past by seeing my kids? When I again emphasize that I have already brought this specific child to this specific location more than once I was just told that this is not something they do.. Do not allow for a parent to fill out all the paperwork and drive all the way to your location when you clearly see the date of birth indicated on the forms and then wait until the parent has arrived with their child to say you will not be seeing them. It's rude, inconsiderate, careless and there was zero compassion or empathy which made it worse. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else read more

This is a terribly run location. I have been here 3 hours, got here when they opened on a Sunday, and THREE HOURS later she still has not seen a doctor. The only thing "urgent" about this location is in their name. I understand about Covid but this place has no clue how to triage and process patients through. I had cut my finger at work and my supervisor carried me to Reagan Medical Center in Suwanee. When the nurse entered the room wearing gloves and typing, she did not change her gloves or use sanitizer before touching around my wound. Dr. Johnson entered and told me didn't need stitches. He departed. We then saw a cockroach. The nurse stomped it with her foot and picked it up with gauze then butterflied my wound without changing g her gloves or sanitizing them. I should have said something, however, I was in mild shock and not thinking right until my boss and I departed and were talking about what we just went through. DISGUSTING. My wife wen in and was referred to a urologist and was told she would get a call back in 4 hours. That was Thursday. We are now late Friday 28 hours after she was to be contacted and nobody at Reagan will answer the phone and teh specialist says that doctor is out of the office. Follow up is a joke and their phone system tell you that you are 1st in line and then you move back to 5th for no reason. read more

Why is this place even on business ? I went here today because my hubby needs urgent care and this one is yhe closest to my house. Online and at the door it says it opens at 8 am. Well... we were there at 8am and it was closed, I called and some lady at another location told me that location was open and someone should be there... Slow. Uncaring. Expensive. You'd be lucky if they even diagnosed you correctly. You're better off typing all your symptoms in on Google and solving the problem that way. They told my girlfriend she had a UTI and gave her medicine. Now she is in the hospital because it wasn't a UTI. No recommendations from them to get more professional help, like from the hospital. Do not go to this urgent care! Takes too long to get seen, and the Dr makes you feel stupid if you are not vaccinated. After taking a COVID test which came out NEGATIVE she wanted me to take another one and assumed my illness was viral without even looking at my throat, eyes, hears or listening to my lungs. She assumed it was COVID without even seeing me and after 3 hours of waiting to be seen told me it will go away on its own (also ignored my symptoms/pain) and told me I do not need medicine. I have seen 2 non employees enter the building in the last hour. I just saw a lady come out to start testing, which is odd, because I saw the tester arrive for work at 840ish. Why schedule me for 8 if the employee doesn't come in until almost 9. The shameful part is I knew this from past experiences. Anyway, Test finally administered at 9:24am. Is your high blood pressure high? Come here and it will be higher. Need a doctor because you are anxious? Come here and wait 2 hours to see real anxiousness. Have anger issues? Don't risk it!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. I brought my mom for a consultation because she has asthma and had fatigue and a slight cough. We waited outside for more than 2 hours while we saw everyone else that came in for COVID testing come and leave. I understand we are in a pandemic and people need to get tested but there seems to be no regard for people that come in with other illness. This clinic is prioritizing COVID testing. After waiting for more than two hours the nurse called and said my mom had to get tested for COVID and we had to wait even more. Nothing else was said about her symptoms. I have been coming to this office since Reagan took over, and we always had a great experience.

My insurance company denied claim since Reagan took over this facility from another provider however Cigna failed to post this change and Reagan continued to accept Cigna as a provider. While I disputed this claim with Cigna, I paid Reagan for the services. Cigna also paid the claim now and 3 months later and after multiple calls during this period, Reagan continues to give me the run-around and still hasn't paid me. The medical treatment was adequate, but I would be concerned with the rest of their business regarding processing of claims and rectifying issues in a reasonable time. read more

I went to Reagan Medical in Suwanee to see my favorite doctor, Dr. Johnson...such a sweet guy and very pleasant! Unfortunately the girl who checked me in, Shawnett, I believe was her name, was extremely rude. She motioned for me to come into the office, then over to the scale, checked my blood pressure and oxygen. The whole time I was making small talk and she did not respond. Took me to the smaller room and closed the door. Not a smile, not a giggle, not a word. Made me feel very intrusive. Like she resented to have to carry out her duties for me. I thought well maybe she's having a tough day. But I had seen her on 2 separate occasions, as I sat waiting in my car, on her phone laughing and talking. So I definitely felt I was the problem. I gave 3 stars because Dr. Johnson is so nice, as was the receptionist who checked me out. The office was clean and my wait time was good once I got in there, but for a 10:00am appointment, I sat in my car until 10:30. read more

Reagan Medical Center overcharges for their services. Ask if you are covered in-network prior to receiving any treatment and ask for the in-network, out-of-network, and self-pay rates. They are all vastly different and knowing beforehand will save you a lot of time with trying to get it corrected. The doctor that I saw was very thorough, but their goal is to run every test - regardless of cost - and stick you with the bill. I had blood-work and a MRI. Initially, Reagan Medical was not a participant in my Insurance Plan as an approved in-network provider. After discussing with my Insurance Carrier, they agreed to cover the services as in-network as opposed to out-of-network, which substantially lowered my out of pocket costs. The out of pocket charge for a MRI (which Reagan Medical explained to me was the remaining cost on my deductible) is $400, which I paid to them on my credit card. With my Insurance approving them as in-network AND having sent them the negotiated amount, I overpaid them by $199.00. My Aetna rep explained that was all I owed, I should have paid $201, and that Reagan Medical should be sending me a refund check for $199. I emailed, left messages to call, and spoke to the front office, explaining that I had overpaid. I was told: "You are self-pay and the self-pay rate for a MRI is $400". Even after explaining to the front office, that "No, I am not self-pay. I gave you my insurance information, you submitted a claim to my insurance company - which was accepted, and they paid you for your services according to your contract with Aetna. I was only supposed to pay $201 and I paid $400, you owe me the difference." You cannot arbitrarily assign me as a self-pay patient in order to collect a larger fee. I had to use a Health Advocate service who continuously followed up with them, explaining over and over again, escalating the issue through their different service departments until Reagan Medical finally agreed and issued my refund check. It took 8 weeks. If that had not been successful, then I would have had to initiate a charge-back through my credit card company. Once RMS realized that I would keep hounding them, they begrudgingly issued the refund. I never received the results of the MRI and I received the results of the blood-work via text message. read more
