Back in 2011, four banks and brokers did not want to REFI me because of debt-to-income ratio and the loan-to-value of my residence. Shane did all he could to talk to upper management and fought to make my loan happen. I have a credit score of 800, no foreclosures/short-sales, bankruptcy, etc. Shane took all my factors into consideration and got me a 4.50% rate from my 6.25%. He saved me $921.00 a month. Now I get 70+ calls a day because the credit bureau sold my information. Highly do not recommend.
