Really shoddy work and just terrible. They also repitched the gutters to the extreme just dropping the ends to make quick work of it and so they look terrible. They then left out gutter wedges that I then had to call them about and convince them to come back out to put back in. They said via phone I wasn't missing any but I was standing under my gutters at the time and looking up at the gutters and could see them missing. The crew also left garbage from the project around my house. The scrap from cutting out the gutters for downspouts was just left on the ground, the park of the deck they cut out they just dropped on the ground. Really really poor quality work overall.

I remembered how great of an experience I had two years ago and hoped I could get him to come back. I've had other painters come in between those years due to 4A being booked on the days I needed. All of those times, I felt a weird feeling in my gut or the other painters just didn't do a good job. This time, I was PRAYING I could get 4A to come in so I didn't have to bring someone else, lol. Luckily, he was able to come the next day (a Saturday morning on his wife's birthday!!) to give me a quote. He then came the following week to remove the foam and paint. Reliable, insanely well mannered, respectful, clean, and of course, great skills-- above and beyond. I cannot say that enough. Last time, he painted more than he needed because he saw what other painters have done. This time, not only did he remove the horrible sticky foam and painted the room beautifully, he also reinstalled hooks that were basically falling off and loose. All pro painted my aluminum siding. It looked great at first but every time it rains the paint…read morebubbles up and there is water in the bubbles. When it is dry the bubbles mostly recede but the paint is still soft and I can peal it off with just my fingernail. Currently I am still arguing with them, but All pro has refused to repair anything but the small area of bubbling that remains when the house is dry even though I have sent them videos and pictures of the bubbling that occurs when it rains. They say it is normal for the paint to scratch off with just my fingernail. If that sounds normal to you, please hire them. If not, I would avoid.
