Amazing! I got the 90 minutes message with foot reflexology…read moreand a 60 minutes facial. The message was moderate strength and it was what my body needed for a lymphatic drainage. You are pulled gently to help the muscles relax and they know exactly what puncture points to push to help release tension. The facial with blue light therapy was great, this humidity does a number on my skin and the cooling mask helps witj hydration. Staff are communicative and personable, environment is calming and quite, I actually fell asleep.

5 stars. Check in…read morewas smooth & friendly. (2nd time here) Slow and quiet on a Friday evening. I booked online, same day with a 2 hour notice. My neck and back had been bothering me for 2 weeks. Stress related. To get in on such short notice was impressive and such a relief! I booked an hour long deep tissue Thai massage ($60 + $25 essential oils) added a reset to focus on a few problem areas ($30) I had the incredible Owen. He briefly reviewed my listed problem areas (noted on the paper they give you at check in) to diving right in. He offered gentle check ins on pressure/temp throughout massage & provided guidance on when to breathe. Hot stones, essential oils, stretching, breathing all were to be expected. Owen dug in and released a lot of tension and pressure. Knots ironed out. Will most certainly come back again. **punch card - go so many times and get a free massage!

Unfortunately, I have to echo what others have said…read more While the actual massage was nice... that was the only part of my experience that was acceptable. I walked in and was immediately hit by a sour smell. Like old washing machine and sulfer. When leaving, I was asked for a tip... I said $14. She told me "$15...? " I said "no... 14" thinking it was a language barrier issue. She said no again and told me $15. I grabbed a sheet of paper and a pen and wrote down $70 + $14= $84 to get past the language barrier. SHE TOOK MY PEN AND SCRATCHED OUT THE 14 AND PUT 15. At that point, I was starting to get mad. I told her just to do the $70 on the card, and I would tip cash. Then, she proceeded to run the transaction and print off the receipt. The copy had a tip line and a total line where I filled out the total + 20%. Any experience in any retail store /restaurant ever makes me think they'll resolve that tip from that when they run EOD or whatever. But she continued to pester me about the cash tip. I ended up highly frustrated... directly after a massage where I was highly relaxed... I put another $10 on the counter because I felt bullied... and walked out shaking with anger... feeling the knot in my shoulder tightening. I will never return, and I caution all of you to go somewhere else.

I purchased a Groupon for my Coworker and I to get a massage. It was our first massage ever so we…read moredidn't know what to expect. The entrance was clean and welcoming, the person at the desk was very sweet. She took us back to a room, asked if we wanted together or seperate rooms. She asked if we wanted a male or female, we said we didn't care either way. She asked if either of us like "harder, more firm", I said sure. So be aware that the male option was entirely elbows the whole massage. Because I've never done this before I don't know if that is normal, but my coworker had a different experience with a more gentle touch. The hot rocks were nice and soothing! It was overall a comfortable and welcoming experience, but I am not sure I would do it again with a male. It hurt, but I felt uncomfy saying so since I didn't know what to expect. As we were leaving they asked for a tip, which felt odd, but we gave them one because it was a service so it made sense. We had already left one in the room though.
