Incredibly helpful but not in our face; just nearby when we needed him. No up-sell techniques; just let us pursue the merchandise and make our own decision with his helpful input. We left with a really nice recliner that was to be delivered (free) just a few days later. Delivery was on time, quick and efficient. Delivery staff were friendly and respectful. Overall, a very good experience. There's a good reason why they have been in business for nearly 80 years.
