I had my braces when I was much younger and I have had permanent retainers since. I asked around to some coworkers and this place was suggested by someone who brought her daughter here. I called an explained I didn't have any ortho coverage from my insurance and that I needed my retainers removed and replaced. They were very kind and let me know that the fee for bother retainers to be removed and replaced was going to be $280.00 which is a great price since ortho work is very expensive. The staff was all very friendly and professional both on the phone and in person. they helped me with every step of what needed to be done. The location was easy to find and I loved the inside décor of the rustic lodge. It makes me wish that I had my braces put on in Rochester so I could come to this place. I didn't have to wait long to have my initial appointment and they took my retainers off and did molds to make the new retainers. It took about a week to get my new retainers which are invisaline retainers and made right at the office. Months later, I am still very impressed and happy with my retainers and that I know of somewhere in town where I can go if I am in a pinch and need ortho work done. I highly suggest this great place!
