These people had my car for four weeks, after water damage to my engine. They claimed they fixed…read morethe problem, including replacing two sensors. They called me and told me that the car was repaired and working fine. After I paid for the repairs, including $300 over my deductible, the insurance paid the balance, they told me to go get my car which was parked on the street. No technician brought the car to me, they had me walk to get my car, and the reason was when I started the car, every warming light came on. They told me it was unfortunate that the car is not working now but it was working when they called me this morning! They knew my car was not working but they had me pay first and then go retrieve my car myself so that I could find out that it was "no longer working." Ladies make sure you do not pay before they drive your car to you! I will revise this complaint, if and when they fix my car!
