Based on a recommendation from my State Farm agent, I scheduled a repair for an older mustang. I was told it would take several months to obtain the parts. After waiting patiently for three months, without the use of my vehicle, I received call from Mike's Collision indicating the the vehicle can't be fixed. After many hours spent on the phone with State Farm, I was able to go to Kurt's Auto Body for the repairs. They did an excellent job and had my vehicle back on the road within two weeks. I have been a loyal customer to Mike's for over twenty years. My next to last experience was minor body repair and paint to a front fender on my '12 VW Passat that required blending into the hood. The hood must not have been prepped correctly because there were numerous fish eyes in the clear coat. When I politely complained the tech said that "some" of those were rock chips and the only way to fix it was to repaint the whole hood (at my expense). The last repair I'll ever have done at Mike's was very minor repair/adjustment to my '17 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. The previous owner had sub-par body repairs done at a dealership to fix damage from a low speed rear end collision. I brought the Jeep to Mike's to have minor adjustments made to the plastic bumper skins/bracers so they would be better aligned and flush with the body panels behind the rear wheels. In addition to reattach the heavy fabric wheel well liner to the body, that was not repaired correctly by the dealership body shop. There was no paint repairs or complicated body work needed. When I went to pick up my Jeep, the wheel well liner had not been reattached. Again my polite inquiry got me an explanation of how the technician "must have missed that" and the would get it fixed right away. When I pointed out that the alignment of the bumper skin to the body did not appear to be any better, his response was basically that it was the best they could do and proceeded to give me a fish story about the problem was due to the way the vehicle is built. I've looked at dozens of Grand Cherokees in parking lots and dealer lots, and NONE of them have the issue that mine has that Mike's didn't fix. My vehicles are always immaculate, and are hand washed at least once a week. So every time I wipe over the rear corners with my wash mitt I think of Mike's explanation and failure to be accountable to their work on a former loyal customer's vehicles. read more

I chose this shop to replace a front bumper on my Mercedes cla after reading the positive reviews online. When I received my car I noticed the alignment of the front bumper and the hood was off so I contacted the shop and they decided to adjust the hood. A few days after after receiving my car i the alignment was off again, I contacted mikes and once again they took the car in. They discovered that there was a missing piece to my bumper that they forgot to order, they missed this not only during the two weeks that my car was there but even after taking my car in the second time; After installing the missing piece and receiving my car for the third time, there are now misalignments in places where there originally wasn't. Im tired of going back and forth. Im very disappointed with the quality of their work especially after choosing their service from so many other options in town. Im very meticulous when it comes to my car and I appreciate high quality work, if you're looking for that meticulous high quality work, this is not the place. read more

Someone backed into my car and damaged my door. I came to Mike's Collision for repairs based on a recommendation. The level of customer service from Mary the front office Mgr.to Matt the damage estimator and the body shop staff the end result were outstanding. They kept me up to date on the progress and the work was done a day early. And while my auto is a compact not too expensive of one but they treated it like it was a Porsche. My car looks amazing and they washed it and detailed the inside. Left a check list of everything they looked at from tire pressure to coolant and beyond. Bonus I was able to leave my rental car there to be picked up. If I ever need collision repair again this is the only place I would go. Highly recommend from start to finish. read more

Not a place i ever wanted to have to review and I hope you never have to use them. Anyway two weeks ago I left work to find someone had hit my car in the parking lot. After getting the claim information from the person that hit (yes there are still honest people in the world) I gave Mike's a call. They took down my info and sent a tow truck to pick up my car. The repairs took a little over a week but that was due to ordering new parts. Mike's kept me informed the entire time and my car looks great! They even washed and vacuumed the car. It was a smooth process until my battery died two days later. (I think my wife left a light on but i'm not sure) Anyway I tried jumping the car and it wouldn't start so i was worried that maybe something happened in the accident or the connection to the battery came loose. I had called Mike's up and he immediately sent a car out to my house (20 minutes after I called and I live about 15 minutes from the shop). They ran some diagnostics and jump started my car. It was the type of customer service you expect but never actually receive. While I hope to never deal with Mike again, if I ever have to I'm glad I know my car will be taken care of. read more

Mike provides great personalized service. I have 4 kids who have had a # of scrapes and more. He has repaired back ends, front ends, fenders, bumpers, on a variety of our cars. The work is first class, and Mike is happy to share options. I've recommended MCC without hesitation for years. In fact, my daughter's Subaru is currently in the shop. A truck backed into the front end, breaking the bumper and fog lights. His price is fair, reasonable, and within insurance guidelines. read more

WOW! what an amazing experience. I did not expect this level of customer service from a Auto Body shop. I hit a deer with my VW Passat in July. It was towed to Mike's Collision over the weekend. They contacted me immediately and made sure everyone was ok. The process was really easy and they kept me up to date through the whole repair. My vehicle was done a little early and they made sure to contact me the day before to let me know. Had to get my rear bumper fixed here after I was rear-ended this past winter. The service was phenomenal! They are a preferred vendor for State Farm (which was the insurance of the person who ran into me), but Mike's worked directly with both the insurance company and the rental company so I never had to deal with anyone else. They were very kind and compassionate (as I was pretty rattled after the accident). They went out of their way to make the experience as pleasant as possible. read more
