I've been going to Dr. Burgett for longer than I can remember, I think soon after he opened his office at Unity. He has been one of the best doctors (especially ophthalmologist) I've ever gone to. He has taken great care of my eyes (I'm diabetic so this is important) and has always been patient and caring. With respect to his office staff, I've never had a problem with attitude or service. My wife Carol and I are on a first-name relationship with several of them. Again, this doesn't mean disagreement with one of the reviewers since a lot of different people have come and gone and sometimes a given individual might well have had a bad day (the office is always really busy) or a given person may just be that way. I had dismissed that as a one time error, but now its clear they have no idea what they are doing. Zero confidence in anything that comes out of this office.
